Microsoft caught stealing fonts again?

Microsoft caught stealing fonts yet again, this time for the upcoming Windows Vista. “The European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market denied Microsoft the registration of a trademark for the “Segoe” font for its upcoming Vista OS. “Segoe” has been found absolutely identical to Linotype’s Frutiger Next.” Full and exciting ruling available here in pdf, Ars Technica article here. To Microsoft’s credit, they at least try and copy nice fonts, that’s always something.
